Offering one on one personal training in the convenience of your home, home gym , or wherever you workout, to Brickell Miami locals. Additionally, I am credentialed to work with anyone chronic medical conditions or pre and post natal women. All clients must be released by general practitioner, OB-GYN, chiropractor or physical therapist with a signed note and any known contraindications to exercise before beginning. I can also work with anyone who does not have a medical condition that effects exercise or require a doctors release.
